Find the right part number for the required spare part using the parts program or read it off directly from the used part. Then contact us by phone, fax or e-mail or simply search for it yourself on our Homepage, using the convenient search bar.

ORDER USING THE CODE/VEHICLE CATEGORY NUMBER ( Where is the code/vehicle category number located? )
Inform us by phone, fax or e-mail of the category/code number for your vehicle. Please note that the Euro emissions standard for the vehicle is also required and in addition for some vehicles the engine code / engine code letter as well. You can also search using the code number on our Homepage!

ORDER USING THE VIN/CHASSIS NUMBER
Do you only have your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), also called the chassis number? We will be pleased to find the right spare part for you.   

TURBOCHARGER SUPPLIED IN EXCHANGE
Tell us the vehicle model, year of construction, displacement and the output, and we will determine the right spare part for your. Please note the Euro emissions standard for the vehicle too. For some vehicles we also need the engine code.  

TURBOCHARGER SUPPLIED IN EXCHANGE

With our spare parts, we deal exclusively in an exchange procedure. This means that regardless of whether a new turbocharger or a Turbo-Mot completely overhauled turbocharger is involved, a used part deposit of €100 net is always charged. When the used part is returned, the deposit will of course be refunded. The ecologically compatible return process in the shipping cartons that we supply you with conserves resources.

 

CONDITIONS FOR THE REFUND

The used part should be sent to us in the complete state with boost controller. Our used part return note should be enclosed with this. You can either obtain it HERE, or it is sent out with the order confirmation. You can also order collection of your used part from us.
