Payment Methods

Below are the available payment options for you.

 

Paypal

For this payment method, you will need a PayPal account. When selecting this option during the ordering process, you will be redirected to PayPal. Alternatively, you can also transfer the total amount to our PayPal account (info@turbo-mot.de). We usually receive immediate payment confirmation from PayPal, allowing us to dispatch your order promptly if it's within the order deadline (Mon - Fri until 4:00 pm).

 

ADVANCE PAYMENT

You will transfer the total amount to the bank account provided by us. Please use our order number as the reference. You can find the order number on our order confirmation as well as in the email confirming your order.

The goods will be shipped to you once the payment has been received in Turbo-Mot GmbH's account. Please consider bank processing times of up to 3 working days. You can expedite this process by sending us a copy of the transfer to the email address provided in the order confirmation on the same day before 4:00 pm.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY

If you select this payment method in your order (Mon - Fri until 4:00 pm), the order will be shipped immediately. You will pay the value of the goods upon delivery to the parcel service provider. We cover the cash on delivery fee. The invoice amount becomes due upon delivery of the goods to the respective shipping service provider. 

 

PAYMENT BY INVOICE

If you choose this payment method*, your order will be shipped immediately. Once the goods are on their way to you, you'll receive an invoice in PDF format via email. Please transfer the invoice amount within 14 days exclusively to the account details provided in the invoice you'll receive.

* The option to choose this payment method depends on the results of the credit check and our approval for this payment method.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING WITH GLS, 1-2 WORKING DAYS

Flat Rate Shipping Fee

We cover the flat rate shipping fee. Please note, for orders below €49, there's an additional low quantity surcharge of €5.99.

When combined with the following payment methods, orders placed between Monday and Friday until 4:00 pm will be shipped the same day:

Invoice

For shipping and the selection of the following payment methods, delivery will only take place after the full amount is received by Turbo-Mot GmbH. Please consider bank processing times as well.
