How do I find the right turbocharger for my vehicle?
You can quite simply use our turbocharger configurator on the Turbo-Mot homepage to find precisely the right turbocharger for your vehicle.
How does the turbocharger search function work using the vehicle details?
Simply enter your vehicle in the turbocharger search. First of all, select the make of your motor vehicle so that you can then specify the precise model in the next step. Pay careful attention here to the type description and check the year of manufacture for your vehicle so that you can find precisely the right product. In the final step, select the engine installed in your vehicle. Make sure that you select the correct type here. If appropriate, compare the engine output and displacement once more.
How does the search function using the code number work?
You can also quite simply enter your code number to find the exactly the right turbocharger for your vehicle in our shop. To do this, just enter the manufacturer’s code and the model code in the search boxes.
How do I find my manufacturer’s and model codes?
You will find the manufacturer's and model codes in your vehicle registration certificate – i.e. in Part I of your vehicle registration certificate.

In more recent vehicle registration certificates (known as vehicle registration certificate Part I), which have been issued since 1 October 2005, under Items 2.1 and 2.2.



In older vehicle registration certificates, issued before 1 October 2005, the manufacturer’s and model codes are listed under Items 2 and 3.


These two codes allow you to determine your vehicle specifications quickly and above all precisely.
How does the open search tool work?
If you know the serial number of your turbocharger, you can also use the open search function in the turbocharger search to find the product you need, which takes you directly to the turbocharger you want. Please note that the spaces and special characters are not required.

You can find the above-mentioned part numbers on the identification plate attached to your turbocharger. You will also see the version number (turbocharger number) here, which you can also use for the open search.

Mounting sets / Installation kits / Service kits

contains stud bolts, nuts and gaskets.
MK / Installation kit
contains the mounting set as well as the oil feed line.
SK / Service kit
contains the mounting set as well as the oil feed and return lines plus additional accessories as required.

What can I change in the user data?
In the user data section, you can enter a new password and change your e-mail address.
What are my options in the customer profile?
In the customer profile, you can view the personal data that you entered when registering on Turbo-Mot.de and change them as necessary. If you have moved, for example, and want to enter a new address.
What are my saved vehicles?
You have the option to save the vehicles you have searched for and found so that you do not have to repeat the search at a later stage. You can view your saved vehicles conveniently as a list in your customer account. This means you can keep track of all your vehicles at all times and navigate straight to the right turbocharger via the saved vehicles.

When you are logged in, you will also find your saved vehicles in the quick navigation links of the shop section, in the “Watch list” at the top next to the shopping basket. 
Can I enter different delivery addresses?
Yes, you can enter as many delivery addresses as you wish. You can manage them in the “Delivery addresses” tab, which means you do not have to enter any new delivery addresses in full when you order. Instead, you can simply select them from your list. Similarly, you can also delete delivery addresses from your list if they no longer exist or you no longer require them.
Where can I find my orders?
You will find all your orders together in your customer account. They are listed by order number and date. This means you can access all your orders whenever you need to and can keep track of all the data at all times.
